Our single-origin matcha is sourced from first-harvest, shade-grown tea leaves grown on a fourth-generation farm in Shizuoka, Japan.
Stone-milled in small batches and delivered fresh, it has a smooth, creamy body with subtle walnut and vanilla notes. Never blended, it’s crafted to preserve the character, quality, and flavour of the farm it comes from.
Preparation & Storage
Traditional Matcha
- Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl.
- Add 30mL of water (75–80°C).
- Whisk in a zig-zag “W” motion until smooth.
- Add a further 50mL of hot water and whisk lightly until frothy.
- Enjoy.
Matcha Latte
- Sift 2–3g of matcha into a bowl.
- Add 30–40mL of water (75–80°C).
- Whisk until smooth and lightly frothy.
- Pour into your cup and add 150–200mL of warmed or chilled milk.
- Enjoy hot or over ice.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture. Refrigeration is recommended after opening.
